Shipping and Returns
Due to the hand craftsmanship and uniqueness of each piece, we have a NO RETURN policy. However, if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, please send your receipt/proof purchase and photos of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving the package and we'll send out a new replacement to you.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at email@example.com. If it is accepted, we’ll send out a brand new replacement. Items sent back to us without contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No exchanges. However if you received the wrong item or color, please contact us.
